We're seeking an innovative, forward-thinking Sales and Marketing Analyst to join the front lines of our NSSL Sales & Marketing team!

We’re seeking an innovative, forward-thinking Sales and Marketing Analyst to join the front lines of our NSSL Sales & Marketing team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing marketing data, identifying key insights & trends, reviewing data through the lens of business priorities, and collaborating with the team to implement effective strategies. We’re seeking a subject matter expert in all things data, customer segmentation, reporting analytics, trend identification and strategic cross-collaboration. Job Responsibilities

  • Manage third-party Data & Audience Segmentation tools, extracting actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain marketing & sales KPI dashboards to track performance.
  • Conduct market research to identify key audience segments & potential customers.
  • Design and automate campaign strategies to maximize efficiency.
  • Build campaigns through keyword research, audience testing, and ad copy retirement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted marketing strategies.
  • Work alongside Sales & Marketing to maximize ROI in the following channels: Direct Mail, Email, Social Media, SEO, Cold Campaign, Website
  • Execute paid ad campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn & Google.
  • Generate insightful reports and presentations to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Or equivalent experience in reporting or data analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing Operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and other business intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with Digital Marketing & Paid Social Media Advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with HTML, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
  • Proven project management abilities, with a focus on time management.
  • Self-motivated individual with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid grasp of statistical concepts, large data sets, and trend analysis.
  • Previous experience in B2B or B2C environments considered an asset
  • Knowledge of the Transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
