Job Purpose:

Marketing Manager responsibilities include developing plans to help evolve our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term company goals. If you’re a skilled Marketing strategist, able to inspire your team members, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will have direct accountability for Marketing in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In partnership with key stakeholders, develop a comprehensive end-to-end marketing strategy, including digital, advertising and communications, to meet and exceed company goals.
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
  • Coordinate across internal partners and channels to embed benefits messaging into a variety of channels, ensuring consistency across all employee touch points.
  • Develop and implement new marketing initiatives in order to create business relationships that align with the team’s strategic goals.
  • Raise brand awareness, while attracting customers and employee engagement and loyalty
  • Oversee and support the execution of the strategy through demand generation, product marketing, partnership marketing, brand building, communications, client marketing, and PR.
  • Develop marketing KPIs and hold yourself and your team accountable for exceeding them.
  • Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with experience managing a team and 3rd party marking firm
  • Experience designing strategies and managing budgets across the funnel and all channels.
  • Performance-focused individual with experience working from concept to completion, dealing with ambiguity, and working toward clarity, while maintaining high-quality outcomes and a strong sense of accountability
  • Exceptional communication skills, a solid understanding of the media industry tracking capabilities (preferably Fortune 2000 companies)
  • Strong creative campaign ideation skills, examples of having led innovative marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and conversions to revenue
  • Transportation/Distribution/Supply Chain experience is a strong preference
